Monday: Fried Shrimp Basket
Straight from the East Coast. Plump, hand selected shrimp fried to perfection along with a generous portion of our famous fries.
 

Tuesday: Meatloaf with Potatoes
A secret recipe given to us by Mama!  Filled with garden ingredients and our "secret" sauce with homemade mashed potatoes and veggies of the day.
 

Wednesday: Country Fried Steak
Better than Grandma's and always a Southern favorite!  Breaded and fried hamburger steak with homemade mashed potatoes-both smothered with our thick white gravy and corn bread.
 

Thursday: Spaghetti with Garlic Bread
Mouth-watering plate of wholesome noodles covered with a hardy, meat-filled marinara sauce accompanied with a delicious piece of garlic bread.
 

Friday: Fried Chicken
It doesn't get any better than this!  Large pieces of chicken marinated, then fried with none other than a pile of our homemade macaroni and cheese and veggies of the day.
