J Bliss

At a young age, J Bliss always had a knack for capturing an audience’s attention with some quick witted humor. His comedic craft started with his upbringing in South Jersey. J Bliss’ style deals with everyday observations and personal experiences in which he chooses to find the humor.

He first hit the comedy stage in Charlotte, NC in 2005. Since then he has been traveling up and down the east coast leaving them laughing. His performances have simply been described as “Hilarious” and he is a definite Crowd Favorite. Just recently J Bliss won the “Fan Favorite” award at the 2014 Comedy $10K Comedy Competition.

Since his start he has opened for comedians like Jay Phillips, Tony Roberts, DeRay Davis, Corey Holcomb, Alex Thomas, Rodney Perry, George Willborn and Eddie Griffin.

Myke Herlihy

Originally from Manchester, CT. Myke Herlihy is one of the most lovable jerks you’ll ever meet!

After spending 13 years behind bars, serving drinks not time, Myke now takes his bartender's wit to the stage. Whether he's discussing his failed relationships, ranting about the trials and tribulations of being an unplanned father, or reminiscing over the insanity that was his childhood, Myke always manages to find the light at the end of the tunnel.

His ability to find the funny in any situation has made him a favorite in venues throughout the country. In 2012 and 2013 he was a semi-finalist in the annual "Florida's Funniest  Comedian" competition and in 2013 he was invited to perform at "The World Series of Comedy" in Las Vegas, NV., "The Boston Comedy Festival" in Sommerville, MA., and "The Laugh Your Asheville Off Comedy Festival" in Asheville, NC. He has shared the stage with the likes of Ralphie May, Louie Anderson, Tom Rhodes, Michael Winslow, Pete Lee and Dustin Diamond.

Bo Dacious

Bo last name Dacious is a stand-up comedian with NO boundaries and is among the most diverse comics working today. He is the regular host of Apollo Night at the Virginia Beach Funnybone.

Bo has shared the stage with the likes of Dave Chappelle,Damon Wayans, Mitch Hedberg, Cedric the Entertainer, D.L. Hughley, Paul Mooney, Tommy Davidson, Charlie Murphy, Lewis Black, Sommore, Monique, Eddie Griffin, Mike Epps and the list goes on and on. Currently DL Hughley’s opening act over a span of the last 3yrs.

Bo is known for his extreme humbleness with a slight touch of arrogance, quick wit, all races humor and remarkable singing voice.

James Bodacious Dobson has been doing stand up comedy for over 13 years now. Known for his extreme humbleness with a slight touch of arrogance, he’s a very versatile comic and is suited to both mainstream and urban comedy clubs.

Jamie Ward

Jamie Ward is a comedian based in Atlanta, GA. His comedy comes straight out of his crazy mixed-up life. He is the Korean adopted son of a father from New York and a mother from Tennessee. He served in the U.S. Army in Afghanistan. He's tried acting, modeling, and even bullriding. He was training to become a professional ballroom dancer when he finally found stand-up comedy.

He says his confusion in life translates into a comedy style that is forged from a unique background, yet is relatable to anyone who isn’t quite sure where they fit in. His jokes are fast, funny and smart enough to entertain book lovers, yet simple enough for the reality TV crowd.

Since his start in comedy, he has had many great opportunities. He's performed in festivals, competitions, and of course at clubs and colleges across the country. In 2011, he was featured on the cover of Atlanta’s Creative Loafing magazine, and profiled with artists from other fields in an article about the eight most interesting figures in Atlanta.

He has been described as one of the fastest-rising comedians to come out of Atlanta. If you haven’t heard of him, it’s only because you’re not watching Comedy Central in the future.

Celebrating our sixth year as Augusta's only weekly comedy club. Augusta's only live comedy club featuring the Comedy Zone stars. This is adult comedy at times. Must be 18 to enter. The Comedy Zone has grown from its humble beginnings to become the largest comedy club network in America. A new act every week!

Kier

As seen on The Nashville Network and on tour with Kenny Rogers, Three Dog Night, Steppenwolf, The Statler Brothers, Reba McIntire and Don McLean.

Kier (short for "Kieran" - "a girl's name", he'll tell you) combines an impressive musical talent with uncanny impressions, and sarcastic humor to deliver an attention-getting stage show of the like not seen too often.

With almost two decades of experience in the entertainment industry, Kier transforms himself into such notables as Bruce Springsteen, Sting, Tom Petty, and Bob Dylan. He is a favorite opening act for big name musicians across the country as he can entertain just about any audience - from family shows to late night parties.

Kier didn’t set out to be a comedian. His boyhood dream was to be a singer-songwriter; Jackson Browne, James Taylor, that kind of guy. He even went to college on a music scholarship and spent most of his time trying to write great songs not great comedy. “I was totally focused on music early on” he says, “but I must admit, seeing Steve Martin live and how he mixed comedy and music kind of got me thinking.”

As any good Journeyman, he’s got a story to tell and in the last few years, in addition to his regular show, Kier has been featured as an inspirational speaker, presenting a mix of touching original music and life stories, along with comedy and impressions.

Mark Evans

An Atlanta native, Mark has spent his entire life in the South. However, he is NOT what you might expect to see when you hear the words "Southern Comic". Not only is his comedy hilarious, but it's smart, to the point and cutting edged clean. Two things you might take from his show is that you don't have to be dirty to be funny and that having a Southern accent does not mean you are stupid. In fact, his "Southern, Not Stupid!" tour has been taking audiences by storm form coast to coast, on land and at sea.

Mark will allow you to see the lighter side of the dumb things that happen all around you every day. You can't pinpoint stupidity to any one region or group, it's universal. His examples of wide spread stupidity has not just left his audiences doubled over with laughter, but hopefully a little wiser too. After all, Mark's goal is to educate as well as entertain!

Mark has always been able to make people laugh, but when he first took the stage in 1993, he knew he found his calling and he never looked back. Since then he has worked comedy clubs, colleges, casinos, corporate events country clubs, international resorts and cruise ships.

While some of his material might be considered adult, he works clean and keeps his act to a PG-17 level. Above all, he is proudest of the reputation he has earned over the years as not only being very funny, but that of being a complete professional both on and off the stage. When you hire Mark Evans, you get what you pay for...and much more!

Jody Kearns

A parent will do anything to protect her kids.

The standup comedy of Jody Kerns has been seen in concert at the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts, the Bradley Theatre and the Upper Cumberland Expo Center, to name a few. Jodys television appearances include the Emmy Award winning NBC film, A Woman Named Jackie, The Jerry Lewis MDA Telethon, as well as weatherperson duties in Williamsburg, VA. Leaping into the 21st Century, Jodys show was broadcast on Live on the NET. A Nationally touring standup comic since 1989, she has performed from New York City to Miami to El Paso to St Louis in comedy clubs such as the Improv, Coconuts, Uncle Funnys and Hilarities.

I have raised two sons, so I know Fear

Jody Lives with her husband Michael and dog Bubba on a golf course in Lake Mary, FL. Her first television performance was as a featured tap dancer at the tender age of five. She was a cheerleader throughout her school years, twirled baton, played flute and piano, sang soprano in the school choir and was vice president of her junior and senior class.

I can churn butter and laughter at the same time.

Jody Kerns entertains with a wry, homespun look at the foibles of modern life including growing up on a farm, marriage and raising children. Jody happily customizes her material for the audience, squeaky-clean for conventions and slightly naughty for those who prefer a spicier show. Her highly original material puts a down home country girl spin, on the celebration of life, love and laughter.

"Im not cutting edge, Im cutting grass."

Herbie Gill

Herbie Gill is a comedian who learned from the best and seeks to blaze his own path in comedy. As a true student of the craft of comedy, audiences and fellow comedians alike notice Herbie's passion and dedication to stand up. Changing expectations and skewing stereotypes, this young comic can finesse any crowd with professionalism, style and wit.

Herbie's hard work and knack for presenting fresh new material earned him appearances on many stages and programs, including XM Radio, Comcast Cable, TBS' Daily Riff, PBS, Gilda's Club, and Local Point TV for ABC.

Appearing at clubs, showcases and festivals across the country, his show proves he's ready to take his brand of comedy anywhere. With a shining personality, excellent stage presence and hilarious material, it's easy to see that Herbie's comedy stock is rising.

Tim KiddTim Kidd

Warning! He’s not as innocent as he looks….Tim is one of the hottest up & coming comedians today. His cutting edge style of in your face comedy and his take on any subject matter keeps you wondering. Tim could easily be described as a monkey with ADHD who needs his Ritalin.

After quitting college due to his fear of a public speaking class, it only made sense for Jamie Morgan to follow his dream of being a a stand-up comedian.  Jamie stared that fear in the face and has been making audiences laugh ever since.  Jamie has been touring comedy clubs all over the nation for the last four years and whether it's his clever wit or his absolute frustration with ordinary situations, he always leaves audiences wanting more!

Matthew David StanleyDavid Beck

David is originally from a small town in Virginia. He now resides in Springfield, Missouri. (Thanks to marrying the woman with the loudest laugh in the comedy club one night) Originally starting out as an observational comedian, but now he has grown into a more versatile higher energy style which includes quick one liner’s. Silly often thought provoking sometimes edgy social commentary. Never one to leave himself out of the show, everything in his personal life is fair game, his upbringing, everything he cares about and things he doesn’t, and of course his experience with married life. Unlike a lot of comedians David chooses to stay positive about marriage, never attacking it or his wife in the process. David feels telling the truth about marriage is not negative, and men and women alike are entertained by his unique view of this relationship between the sexes.

On StageThe truth is one reoccurring theme in David’s comedy. He chooses not to make up wild scenarios or characters to find humor. This is a key aspect of his show, and feels people can relate better to him by letting people know who he really is, and how he sees the world around him. David does how ever have an off beat way of thinking, and it is easy to think his material is “made up” or embellished, but as the show goes on the audience quickly realizes his brain is just a little off, and that’s usually when he hears his one of his favorite compliments, “You’re not right!” One of his other favorite compliments is when people mention how clean his show is, with a lack of colorful language, or explicit material. This just expands his appeal to a wider range of audience. David is quick to point out that his show is not “G” rated but an adult show with some innuendo that doesn’t use vulgarity to get his point across.

If you were to ask David how funny he is, or how talented, he would just simply say “I can hold my own”. He believes his show and his accomplishments will speak for themselves and doesn’t need to tell everyone he meets how good he is. You will notice there is no reference in this bio to him being the “Next big thing”, or the like.

David has been blessed with the ability to entertain people across the country, and recently around the world, with a tour entertaining our military in Japan and S. Korea. Working some of the best comedy clubs including, The Ice House in Pasadena, CA. Numerous Improv’s, Funnybone’s, as well as other top rooms including, The Loony Bin’s, Joey’s comedy club, Cracker’s, The Comedy Showcase, and Jr’s Last Laugh, just to name a few.

Not limited to just comedy clubs, David has a resume full of radio and television appearances. He has been heard on Fox sports radio, and the nationally syndicated Todd and Tyler morning show. TV appearances include the Sprint: Comedy Time Network, and Night Shift. He as even ventured into the serious side of TV with roles in Discovery Channel programming such as, The Prosecutors, New Detectives, and The FBI Files.

Roots and Soul singer/songwriter/guitarist Brandon Reeves has spent most of his time and energy performing 150 to 200 dates a year since 2008. Brandon's music is a cross between the guitar playing of John Hurt, the songwriting wit of John Prine and the soulful vocals of Sam Cooke. He has also shared the stage with Tab Benoit, Mark Rivera of Hall and Oates band and Ringo Starr's All Star Band, and members of the Zac Brown Band. Tom Wardman of Red Label Reviews said of his latest release, A Decent Melody, "His album offers so many different musical genres within the album itself, but also within independent tunes. It's Bluesy. It's groovy, It's Rocky. It's quite frankly awesome – I have no words to describe it! For that reason, you should check out his work yourself!"
