Claude Stuart

From packing comedy venues across the globe to regular television appearances on shows like “The Tonight Show,” and “Last Comic Standing,” Claude Stuart has come a long way from his down home southern roots. By his own admission, he was “paddled on more than one occasion for being the class clown.” Claude’s explosive, in-your-face, rapid-fire, madman stage style is truly an exhilarating assault on the senses and has evoked comparisons to golden era physical comedians such as Steve Martin, Robin Williams and Jim Carrey. Claude’s unique brand of Don Rickles-esque crowd interaction, coupled with clever well-written jokes makes him not only the world’s first physical insult comedian but a “comedy triple threat!”

Claude’s decision to pursue a career as a comedian was not well received by his family. Born in deep south tugboat town, Greenville Mississippi, Claude’s attorney father and school teacher mother were not initially thrilled their only son chose stand-up over law school. Growing up, there was a lot of judgement. “Most kids got in trouble; I got cross examined and would hear things like, ‘This is what you did wrong and here’s why,’” says Claude. Instead of taking the criticism personally, he transformed the experience into the unique style his fans have come to know and love. He likens his comedy to legal arguments focused upon proving a point, which clearly comes from growing up in a family full of lawyers. Now, even his parents agree: comedy was the right choice.

Claude’s natural comedic flair was recognized early on. As a teen he interned at a local radio station and ended up writing and performing a morning show broadcast to over 30 cities nationwide. Next he won the title, “Funniest Person at SMU.” After a pit stop in Houston where he developed his stand up act, he naturally ended up in L.A.. This lead to an extremely successful stand up career; as well as myriad appearances in feature films and television, including a recent spot starring with Jay Leno on the wildly popular “Undercover Jay” skit segment of “The Tonight Show.”  Some of his other credits include national commercials for products such as, Honda, Heineken, Jeep, Grapenuts and even Midol. He has appeared on “That 70’s Show,” “Scrubs,” “Comics Unleashed,” “Entertainers,” “The Best Damn Sports Period!,” “Oblivious!,” “Talk Soup” and as a regular on “The Bob and Tom Show.”

Claude frequently performs at the world famous Hollywood Improv and is currently on tour, headlining comedy clubs, colleges and military tours for our troops; nationwide and internationally.  Claude also recently co-founded the production company/sketch comedy team “Recycled Babies”; in which he is a writer, producer and performer.

Kendra Corrie

Kendra shed over 260 pounds, without surgery or divorce; and her journey of weight-loss and self-acceptance are Hilarious! Her comedy's been called "quick-witted, hysterically observant, refreshingly honesty, and pure silliness." She's performed in 47 of 50 United States; Carnegie Hall (NYC); was a favorite at The Cape Fear Comedy Festival, Laughing Skull Comedy Festival, and Boston’s Women in Comedy Festival; and is proud co-founder of the Not Your Average Broads of Comedy tour..  She's also written a few "Murdered Hits" for J. Anthony Brown on the Tom Joyner Morning Show.

Shane McConnaghy

In comedy clubs from Hollywood to Philadelphia, Shane is a comedian not to be missed. Shane was the original voice of the Lucky Charms characters and he will make your night magically delicious! Shane is a comic who combines the best of both worlds: cleverly written material performed with an animated delivery.

Shane is funny is a phrase I've heard all my life. I’ve had more than one person tell me, "You can’t make a living telling jokes."

I offer a toast to them at the bar before every show.

Head on over to www.shaneisfunny.com/ to check out more videos, more pics, and when I'll be heading to your town!

Trenton Davis

Trenton Davis’ ten thousand hours of Stand-up comedy is beginning to pay dividends. Trenton Davis was raised in a dual parent household in a rural county of Greensboro, NC. He attended a high school that was 97% white and then followed that up with attending a historically black college. His unique experiences have shaped his views and created one of the best comedic minds of our generation. Trenton looks at everyday problems (i.e. war on Iraq, dating, politics) and offers hilarious non-everyday solutions.

Trenton Davis has lived in three major comedy cities (Chicago, San Francisco & Los Angeles) and has made his mark on each one. Trenton currently resides in Hollywood, CA and is a writer on the new Beats by Dre Pill campaign.

Eric Hunter

Eric Hunter is a very funny comedian and actor who has appeared on the television shows Last Comic Standing, 2 seasons of William Shatner's Aftermath, Operation Repo, Blood Relatives and The Bob and Tom Show. He has been performing comedy since the age of 6, when he got his very first laugh at a family picnic.  His grandmother scolded him for not eating all of his dinner. “You know there are starving children in third world countries who would love to eat that,” she said. “Well, here, send it to them,” came his reply and upon hearing his cousins’ laughter, he knew comedy was the life for him! Eric now performs non-stop around the country leaving his mark as a clean, funny, bright, friendly and original performer. He jokes sarcastically about various topics, including his friends and family, education, sports and relationships. He’s best known for his hilarious, deadpan attempt to impress the women in the audience. In cities like New York, Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Prestonburg, KY (and everywhere in between), Eric has performed with a wide range of comedians, including Louie Anderson at the Comedy Store in L.A., Brian Regan, Ray Romano, Tom Papa, Jake Johannsen, Blake Clark, Kevin Nealon, Bobcat Goldthwaite, Kevin Pollak, Frank Caliendo, Larry Miller, Nick DiPaolo, Wendy Liebman, John Witherspoon, Todd Glass, Dom Irerra, Pam Stone, John Pinette, Dave Coulier, The Amazing Johnathan, Adam Ferarra, Pablo Francisco, Robert Wuhl, Jimmy Brogan, Bob Zany, Etta May, Tim Wilson, Heath Hyche, Jimmy Walker, Michael Winslow, Paul Reiser and Dennis Regan. (When he was a kid, he got autographs from Jay Leno and Jerry Seinfeld.) In October, 2006, LA Weekly listed Eric in its “Some Of The Funniest Comedians In America” section. You can see Eric perform on the Comedy Time Network. He has made numerous appearances on the nationally syndicated “Bob and Tom” radio show. He also acts in numerous commercials and short films and trains in and performs improv comedy at the famed Upright Citizen's Brigade Theatre and LA Connection Comedy Theatre in Hollywood (please see myspace.com/erichunteractor for more). You can also hear him on internet radio stations Pandora.com, Slacker.com and on SiriusXM satellite radio, as well as on his very funny podcast called The Conversationalists.

In 2013, Eric travelled to Nashville, TN to record a live comedy concert for The Blue Collar Comedy Channel on Sirius/XM satellite radio.  In 2008, he appeared on Last Comic Standing on NBC and was a semi-finalist at the Boston Comedy Festival.  He has performed in a wide variety of venues, such as comedy clubs, colleges, cruise ships, country clubs, casinos and does such a clean act, he even performs in churches.  In fact, he’ll perform anywhere that begins with a “c”; plus, resorts, hotels, bars, restaurants and schools.  One of Eric's favorite moments was opening for Tom Ryan and the legendary, Brian Regan, on September 22, 2007 at the N. Charleston Performing Arts Center in S. Carolina.  He headlined the 2007 "Stand Up Showdown" at the Piccolo Spoleto Arts Festival in Charleston, SC and had audiences laughing at the 2004 New York Underground Comedy Festival, the 2008 Charleston Comedy Festival, the 2009 Detroit International Comedy Festival and The New York Comedy Contest (semi-finalist).  He also won Atlanta, Georgia’s “Late Night Laff-Off” comedy competition when he appeared on the WB network affiliate-WATL Channel 36 and won a trip to New York and a performance at the Comedy Cellar.  Eric took 3rd place at the Carnival Comedy Challenge, a nationwide comic talent search for Carnival Cruise Lines, at the Miami Improv on September 19, 2007. He also works at Georgia Public Broadcasting as a sports reporter and as a writer for a comedy/variety TV show.  He graduated with a BA degree in Communications and Theatre from the University of Notre Dame.  His measurements are not 36-54-36.  Enjoy the very funny, smart, yet sometimes confusing “Around the Corner” comedy of Eric Hunter.

Tim Wright

Like sweet tea and boiled peanuts, Tim's style of comedy is purely southern. You won't hear any "might be a redneck" jokes though. Tim has a PhD – A Plain High School Diploma. Upon graduation, he left his home in Lancaster, SC and joined the Military where he served our country for 10 years. He'll be the first to tell you that the most important battle he ever fought was the one that gave him sole custody of his son.

The two of them moved to Myrtle Beach in search of a new beginning, and what Tim found was a love for performing stand up. Honing his craft at open mic nights his comedic observations on growing up, dating and everyday life as a single dad provided him with more than enough material to win the 2010 Beach's Best Comic Award. In just over a year's time he has gone from an open mic night comedy hopeful to a feature comedian, entertaining audiences with his authentic southern drawl, pin-point comedic timing and clever delivery of his unique life experiences.

Tony Boswell

Tony Boswell entered the world a small, scared infant. Over the next two decades he put on some weight and grew taller. Then in 1986 he began performing stand-up comedy. Since then he has appeared in over 35 states and Canada with more than 3000 performances to his credit. He has been featured in the San Francisco International Comedy Competition, The Seattle International Comedy Competition, The New Orleans' Comedy Festival, The Boston Comedy Festival and on Comedy Central, Comedy on the Road, KSHB's Kansas City Comedy Hour, Night Shift, and National Public Radio and in the films, The Babe and Meet the Parents.

So how did that waif with no verbal skills whatsoever become one of the premier comedians working today? What started in fun ended in, well… fun. Like an E! True Hollywood Story just before the half-hour commercial break, Tony had hit bottom. After dropping out of the University of Illinois, he had moved home with his mother. Not sure what to do with his life he began taking classes at The Player's Workshop of Second City in Chicago, an improv school whose alumni include such notables as Bill Murray, George Wendt and Shelly Long. Needless to say, he was hooked. Upon graduation from the Workshop he appeared in the sketch-comedy show Flame as well as The Adventures of Sinbad and Dreams of Gold and Pearls at the Children's Theatre of Second City.

Tony is a founding member of The Department of Works Comedy Ensemble whose other members included Andy Dick of News Radio and Comedy Central's Matt Walsh. With the "Department of Works" he produced and co-directed two successful shows, No Perversities Added and The Three Dollar Show. After a two year run, the individuals in the group split up to pursue their separate careers, Tony choosing stand-up comedy.

Tony currently travels the country as a stand-up comedian. He performs at comedy clubs as well as corporate shows nationwide. His show provides hilarious hi-jinks and onstage antics mixed with intelligent sarcasm. His good-natured approach towards the audience makes him a favorite nationwide.

Andy Forrester

Andy Forrester's brand of off the wall humor has made him one of the fastest rising comedians in the Southeast. His high energy and animated comedy has landed him spots opening for such headliners as Rob Schneider, Dave Coulier and most recently Kevin Pollak and Greg Giraldo. It's his original and appetizing humor that always leaves audiences begging for more. He is sure to make you laugh as he makes himself look like a boob, pokes fun at all that he sees and everyone he knows.

Andy's comedy career seems to have been a lifetime in the making, but officially started in 1999 when he joined the local Improv Comedy troupe in Raleigh, NC, Comedy Sportz. From there he began honing his ability to make people laugh without a script, or a clue, eventually becoming one of the premier performers at the newly named Comedy Worx.

In 2005 BiG"A" performed at his first Open Mic at the famous Goodnight's Comedy Club in Raleigh, NC, and from there things took off. Audiences and fellow comedians alike always comment how "Naturally Funny" BiG"A" is, and are amazed that he can bring the laughs while keeping it clean. In 2008 BiG"A" won the title of Ultimate Comic at the Idiot Box in Greensboro, NC. In 2011 he took part in the Cape Fear Comedy Festival and was chosen to compete in Vegas in the World Series of Comedy. He continues to perform at comedy clubs, country clubs, colleges and corporate events across the country.

Roots and Soul singer/songwriter/guitarist Brandon Reeves has spent most of his time and energy performing 150 to 200 dates a year since 2008. Brandon's music is a cross between the guitar playing of John Hurt, the songwriting wit of John Prine and the soulful vocals of Sam Cooke. He has also shared the stage with Tab Benoit, Mark Rivera of Hall and Oates band and Ringo Starr's All Star Band, and members of the Zac Brown Band. Tom Wardman of Red Label Reviews said of his latest release, A Decent Melody, "His album offers so many different musical genres within the album itself, but also within independent tunes. It's Bluesy. It's groovy, It's Rocky. It's quite frankly awesome – I have no words to describe it! For that reason, you should check out his work yourself!"
